Natural Ways To Fight Acidity

Do you have acidity? If you have, don’t need to worry about it. Its only because you have an acid stomach. It occurs due to the imbalance of stomach acids. Stomach ache, nausea, gas are mainly caused because of acidity. Spicy foods, irregular eating habits, stress are some of the reasons that lead to acidity. The good news is that you can easily get rid of it by using the below mentioned remedies.

#1 Cinnamon

Cinnamon is the best remedy for an acid stomach. Add half teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a glass of water and boil it for couple of minutes. Drink it two to three times a day.

#2 Ginger

Ginger is alkaline in nature and it can reduce acid reflux too.  Chew some slices of ginger a day would help.  You can use it with tea by adding 2, 3 slices of ginger into the tea.

#3 Cloves

Cloves is another good remedy for acidity. Cloves has carminative effect which means the hydrochloric acid in stomach is elevated. Acidity can also be caused by low stomach acid. Chew 2, 3 cloves daily would help.

#4 Basil Leaves

Start by rinsing 5,6 leaves and chew them after you had your meal. You can also grind it and make them to a paste and add it to a lukewarm water and drink it. It will reduce abdominal pain and acid.
